    • We offer a replacement for any product that is damaged or defective upon arrival. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • All items must be in their original condition, unused, and unopened. We will replace the product for the same item or a similar item of equal value.

  2. Replacement Process:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly reach out to our customer service team with your order details and photos of the product’s condition.

    • Upon approval, we will process a replacement for you. If the exact product is unavailable, we will offer a similar item of equal value.

  3. Non-refundable Items:

    • Used or opened products are not eligible for replacement.

    • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are also excluded from the replacement policy.

  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

  5. No Cash Refunds:

    • Please note that we do not offer refunds in the form of cash. All returns will be processed as product replacements only.
